Are you concerned about problem drinking? This program will help you check your drinking, give you tools and information designed to help you deal with any concerns, and provide you access to a supportive community of others who are dealing with drinking problems.

The core of the Alcohol Help Center (AHC) is the Toolbox, an interactive and personalized collection of exercises designed to help you make important decisions about your personal health.

We invite you to read more about problem drinking, review what’s in the Toolbox, or if you’re ready, go straight to the free registration. Registering also gives you posting privileges in the anonymous online Support Group, although guests are welcome to browse our forums at any time without logging in. You can also take the Check Your Drinking survey without logging in for a confidential, detailed assessment of your symptoms.
